SwitchBot K11+ Pro launches in Europe at EUR 399.99 - 12,000 Pa needs context

SwitchBot K11+ Pro is launching in Europe at EUR 399.99. Instead of chasing EUR 1,000-EUR 1,500 flagships, SwitchBot is doubling down on its smallest platform: a 24.8 cm-diameter robot, a compact auto-empty dock and a claimed 12,000 Pa of suction. The product is most interesting for small homes and users who do not want an oversized multifunction dock.

A small-robot strategy instead of another flagship dock
The robot-vacuum market has moved toward increasingly large docks with mop washing, drying, detergent dosing and water tanks. K11+ Pro goes the other way. It is not trying to be a complete mop-laundry station; its proposition is compact size plus automatic emptying without consuming a large portion of a kitchen or bathroom.
That can be a genuine functional advantage in smaller homes. A 24.8 cm robot can move through tighter chair-leg gaps and narrow zones, while a small dock is easier to place. Physics still applies, however: a smaller body leaves less room for a dust bin, battery and mechanical components, so headline specifications need to be judged alongside real cleaning tests.
12,000 Pa does not automatically mean twice the cleaning
SwitchBot advertises 12,000 Pa of maximum suction and describes it as twice the K11+ figure. It is an easy number to compare on a spec sheet, but it is not a direct measure of how much debris a robot will collect. Air-path geometry, brush design, sealing, edge behaviour and navigation all contribute to real cleaning performance.
The same caution applies to the stated 45 dB quiet mode and "up to 90 days" between bag changes. Both depend on conditions and come from the manufacturer. RoboMorrow does not call this article a review because we have not physically tested K11+ Pro.
Matter matters more in a broad smart-home ecosystem
SwitchBot sells a wide smart-home ecosystem, so native Matter support is more meaningful here than for a company selling only robot vacuums. K11+ Pro can participate in automations across Apple Home, Alexa, Google or Home Assistant rather than operating only on schedules inside a separate app.
The exact set of controls exposed through Matter can still depend on the controller and the version of the standard. Advanced maps, zones and cleaning parameters will often remain inside the manufacturer app. "Supports Matter" should not be read as "every feature works without the SwitchBot app."
Is it relevant for Poland?
At EUR 399.99, K11+ Pro sits below many premium Roborock, Dreame and Narwal systems and serves a different use case: buyers who value a small robot and straightforward auto-empty station more than the most advanced mop-maintenance stack. That can be especially attractive where a 40-50 cm-wide dock is difficult to place.
We still lack a complete picture of Amazon.pl availability and independent tests of the anti-tangle system and cleaning performance. K11+ Pro therefore belongs in the RoboMorrow database and future compact-robot comparisons, but it should not receive a product score before a physical test.
The biggest caveat behind "12,000 Pa"
The official product page advertises up to 12,000 Pa and automatic Carpet Boost. A technical sheet released around launch, reported by Techboys, separates nominal and measured values by mode and indicates that the highest mode is a short-duration boost. RoboMorrow therefore does not treat 12,000 Pa as continuous hard-floor suction or as a 1:1 benchmark against another brand. Independent pickup testing is still needed.
There is another limitation: K11+ Pro does not use a full wet-mopping system with a water tank and self-washing pads. SwitchBot describes an attachable pad for light wiping. If mopping is the priority, compare it with the larger SwitchBot S20. For a small home, our 2026 robot-vacuum buying hub is a better frame: dock size and real household constraints matter more than Pa alone.
What would justify an update
RoboMorrow will not create another story simply because a second publication covers the same event. A material update requires a real status change: commercial shipping or production, a new price, a signed customer, a major deployment, entry into a new market, independently verified performance data or a regulatory decision. Smaller clarifications should update this canonical owner instead.
