Positioning

One of the first humanoids with clearly stated consumer pricing and an explicit combination of autonomy with remote human assistance.

Autonomy and teleoperation

Foundational Redwood AI autonomy plus Scheduled Expert Mode. Harder tasks can be remotely supervised by a 1X expert; app/VR remote control is also supported.

RoboMorrow does not treat impressive motion as proof of task autonomy. What matters in deployment is the percentage of a defined process completed independently and the human time required for exceptions.

Price and availability

$499/month or $20,000 Early Access ownership. Pre-order. Deliveries are set to begin primarily in the US in 2026; other markets from 2027. There is no currently confirmed consumer availability in Poland.

Hardware pricing may exclude shipping, taxes, integration, extra batteries, grippers, stations, software, training and service.

Limitations

Early units arrive with foundational autonomy and harder tasks may require Expert Mode. For the EU, the main limitation is availability only from 2027.

RoboMorrow assessment

An important product to watch and a good example of a transparent autonomy + teleoperation model. It is not yet a currently available consumer humanoid in Poland.

NEO as a service, not only a device

The $499 monthly model shows that a home humanoid can be sold more like a service than a conventional appliance. Subscription lowers the entry barrier, but buyers should understand commitment length, support scope, service terms and which AI capabilities are included.

Privacy matters

Scheduled Expert Mode means a difficult task can be remotely supervised inside the home. 1X describes user controls, but buyers should still understand which sensors are active, when an expert can gain access and what data is retained. For a home robot, privacy is part of the product rather than a footnote in the terms.

Who is NEO for at first?

Early buyers need to accept that capabilities will evolve over time. This is closer to participating in the first generation of a new platform than buying a mature washing machine or vacuum. For Polish users, geographic rollout is another limitation because 1X is starting in the US.
