“Listed” confirms a product page or sales route, not stock, delivery to every address or local service. “Pre-order” is not immediate availability. Unverified means we lack evidence; it does not mean unavailable. Prices belong to the named market and currency. Confirm the exact version, tax, shipping and support before ordering.
Ultra OP1 is a commercial dual-arm warehouse workcell offered through Robotics-as-a-Service. It performs selected packing, sorting and kitting tasks. Ultra shows operational US deployments, but has not confirmed availability in Poland or the European Union.

How does it work?
OP1 remains at a prepared station while its two arms manipulate products and packaging. Locking casters let workers move the base between work areas. It is not an autonomous mobile robot or a humanoid. Ultra claims deployment within hours and round-the-clock operation, but does not publish an intervention rate or an independent uptime test.
Commercial model and availability
Ultra offers a three-month trial and a service model combining an integration fee with a monthly charge. Terms and pricing require a quotation. Public material shows installations in New York City, Atlanta, Carlstadt and Austin. The 120 V specification and absence of European pricing mean buyers should not assume EU availability.
What should buyers verify?
Request performance on your own SKU mix, success without intervention, average exception-handling time, SLA, downtime billing and liability for damaged goods. Evaluate the complete system rather than the arms alone — RoboMorrow’s guide to data, AI and fleet operations explains why.
