Dreame X60 versions: Ultra, Complete, Pro and Master
Dreame X60 Ultra, Ultra Complete, Pro and Master are not names you can safely use interchangeably. Establish the full name, robot and dock identifiers and sales region before buying. A difference may concern accessories, hardware or installation; the X60 label alone does not tell you which.

Three steps when you already have an offer
- Ask for photographs of the robot and dock model labels and a complete package list.
- Open documentation for that version in the purchase market. Do not match it only by the first part of its name.
- Once equivalence is confirmed, use the two-offer calculator.
Names and identifiers in the official listing
These examples come from Dreame’s declaration-of-conformity listing. Use them to locate documentation, not as a worldwide SKU catalogue or a promise of package contents.
| Listed name | Example identifier |
|---|---|
| X60 Ultra | RLX86DE; also RLX92DE |
| X60 Ultra Complete | RLX87DE |
| X60 Pro Ultra | RLX98DE |
| X60 Pro Ultra Complete | RLX96DE |
| X60 Pro Master | RLX97DE |
| X60 Master | RLX92DE; also RLX88DE |
RLX92DE appears alongside more than one name. Match the full document, dock identifier and market rather than relying on the robot code alone. An inconsistency needs seller clarification, not a buyer’s guess.
Complete: count the contents
Do not assume Complete means identical quantities of bags, pads, brushes or detergent in every country. You need a list with quantities and compatible part numbers. A photograph showing a large accessory collection may illustrate the range rather than the contents of that particular offer.
Separate parts already installed on the robot from additional units in the box. Mark the items you will actually use. If the second offer includes fewer extras, add only the cost of needed missing items. A larger box should not receive a value you would never spend on those accessories yourself.
Pro: do not copy another X60’s specifications
One example explains the risk: the global X60 Pro Master page lists a robot height of 89 mm with the sensor retracted and 111 mm raised, and dock dimensions of 416 × 443 × 249 mm. These are claims for that product page, not RoboMorrow measurements or a shared specification for the entire family.
For a robot intended to fit under a particular cabinet, record both height modes and the conditions governing the sensor. Dock body dimensions are not the space needed to install, open and service it. Our home-fit database helps separate those questions; you still need to identify the version.
Master: resolve the dock and installation first
The official X60 Pro Master page describes automatic water refilling and draining. Before purchase, confirm the exact bundle’s installation requirements, water supply and drainage access, and the work involved. Do not borrow information about an optional hookup kit from another dock.
This is a decision about your home as well as the appliance price. Ask who installs it, which components are supplied and how maintenance parts remain accessible. If you cannot provide a required connection, a lower price will not remove that constraint. Assess a tank-based version using its own manual, including clearance for lifting and carrying the tanks.
Manufacturer model, EAN and retailer SKU
These identifiers serve different purposes. The manufacturer code leads to device documentation. An EAN may help compare a particular packaged product. A SKU can be a retailer’s internal number, so do not expect identical SKUs at independent stores. Request the complete set of identifiers rather than treating different store numbers as proof of different hardware.
Even an identical EAN does not replace a condition check. New, display and refurbished units may require different purchase decisions. Confirm the offer’s market, any app or account-region requirements for activation and how the seller provides support. An unanswered question remains unknown; it does not become confirmation because a listing looks familiar.
A record for comparing two listings
| Field | Evidence to request | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Robot and region | Label, name, market-specific manual | Applicable specifications and app requirements |
| Dock | Identifier, connector photograph, installation manual | Tanks or plumbing, plus working clearance |
| Accessories | Quantities and part numbers | The cost of needed missing items |
| Purchase | Seller, condition, dispatch date, purchase document | Comparable terms and final payment |
A ready-to-use question for the seller
Please confirm the full robot name and model code, dock code, bundle EAN and intended market. Please also provide the accessory list with quantities, the manual for this version, water-connection requirements if applicable, product condition and dispatch timing. Do the description and photographs refer to the exact bundle I will receive?
When does a price comparison become useful?
Once both offers provide the confirmed functions your home needs, you can match necessary accessories and calculate full cost. If one dock needs installation while the other uses tanks, first decide which routine you accept. A calculator should not hide that difference behind a reassuring winner.
Choosing X60 over X50 is a separate question: read our existing comparison between the generations. For a November purchase, use the Black Friday checklist. If you are not committed to the X60 family, return to recommendations by use case.
