Lely Juno automates pushing feed that has already been delivered to the feed table. It does not mix ingredients or replace ration delivery. This is a narrower project than full feeding automation, assessed through route compatibility, scheduling and the human work currently used for pushing.

Where to assess it

A useful starting point is a barn with effective feed preparation and delivery but burdensome pushing routines. Record the actual time spent on that task first, then assess organisational benefits separately from reduced expenditure.

Limits and deployment conditions

Check the route, clearances, charging location and interaction with other machinery. Do not assign Vector mixing and delivery functions to Juno. Include robot maintenance and the tasks remaining after automation.

During the demonstration, check corners, routes past animal groups and access to charging. Record the time needed for routine inspection of the route.

1. Can the machine cover the full feed-table route?
2. Where can charging be located without obstructing traffic?
3. Which attendance tasks and alerts remain?

What the quotation should contain

Request equipment, options, commissioning, training and support as separate quotation items. Define farm and service responsibilities and the fallback during a stoppage. Compare the complete process with the present method. A missing profile price means no verified comparable quotation, not a free machine.
