Lely Vector with the MFR Next robot is a mixing and feeding system operating with a feed kitchen. It is not equivalent to the Juno feed pusher. Assess ingredient logistics, preparation, delivery, monitoring and attendance. The vehicle price alone does not describe the complete installation.

Consider the system where preparation and delivery create a substantial workload and suitable infrastructure can be organised. Compare the routine before and after installation. Identify the ingredient preparation and replenishment tasks that remain.

Limits and deployment conditions

Building, routes and feed-kitchen design must suit the supplier’s requirements. Ration formulation and nutritional assessment do not become independent vehicle decisions. Specify the MFR Next configuration and kitchen modifications in the offer.

1. Who replenishes ingredients, and how often?
2. How much attendance does the complete feeding cycle require?
3. What is the fallback method for delivering the ration?

What the quotation should contain

Request equipment, options, commissioning, training and support as separate quotation items. Define farm and service responsibilities and the fallback during a stoppage. Compare the complete process with the present method. A missing profile price means no verified comparable quotation, not a free machine.
