Where CC1 fits best

The strongest environments are offices, hotels, stores, transport facilities and other sites with large repeatable floor areas. The fewer stairs, tight exceptions and furniture moves, the larger the share of the process that can be automated.

The dock and practical autonomy

For a scrubber, autonomy is not only navigation. If a person must frequently refill water, drain wastewater and escort the robot to charging, some savings disappear. An optional station that automates water handling and charging can therefore affect ROI more than a modest increase in headline square-metres-per-hour throughput.

What to measure in a pilot

  • real m²/h during normal site traffic,
  • interventions and blocked events per shift,
  • daily human-service minutes,
  • the percentage of floor requiring manual rework,
  • consumable use and wear-part replacement frequency.

Those data make it possible to calculate cost per cleaned square metre and compare it with the current cleaning process.
